Lindsay takes care of my rental properties, she's absolutely amazing and she manages my properties like they are her own. UPDATE 2025 Lindsay takes care of 4 of my properties, and deals with sometimes tenants who are needy and shady. Some tenants like LISA COTE, Who left the 1 star review is definitely one of these tenants who expects the world to be given to them. Lindsay has been a phenomenal realtor to work with. She is very accommodating and responsive. Anytime there has been an issue with the property, she is always provides a quick response and resolves it as soon as she can. Lindsay is very understanding and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend to anyone in the market!
Lindsay has been the most difficult, rude, unkind realtor or person I have ever run into. If you work with her, beware, she acts like a venomous spider. She forced me to sign a 3 month lease when I only needed one, complained about a toilet not being flushed when considering my security deposit. I am currently being charged $5,000 for 2 months rent, simply so she could enforce a non existent rule. Kharma Lindsay…
