Wow! Elsie was amazing. She made the process simple and easy to understand. We have been in our home for 25 years and I was not looking forward to the selling process. She is extremely knowledgeable and has got me mentally prepared to do this as well. She breaks the process down into bite size pieces that are manageable and make sense. I have to disagree with the person who gave a negative review. She obviously should've not left her personal items at the home before LC Homestagers removed their own. It's an obvious misunderstanding that is not worth a review as negative as hers. LC have done my own home for occupied staging, and I know other referrals that have had amazing experiences. Elsie is a true professional and a real delight to work with. Her walk through and written report was invaluable in staging our home. It gave us a roadmap for decluttering and depersonalizing and rearranging and removing furniture. In addition she provided suggestions on purchasing tasteful and reasonably priced accessories to complete a look that anyone would find inviting and to help them visualize themselves in our home. I highly recommend Elsie.

I contracted to buy a house prepared by LC Homestagers and Elsie Mendez. When they took their decorations out of the home they stole some of our property. I will never recommend using them unless you want your property stolen. Use this company with great caution or better yet try to find an honest company to use.
