It is a horrible facility for all the money people pay! There are broken restrooms Mildew and horrible floors in the woman's. The mirrors are either broken or missing. There are holes in the floor covered by matting that you don't see until you step in and roll your ankle. It's horrible The workers are great and very nice ! That's a def a perk ...

I would first of all like to say its a very good affordable gym with a good environment of people from all over lake charles. I would have to agree with some of the older members reviews about the place. It does have its benefits among other gyms, with having an indoor warm pool and an outdoor pool with hot tub and saunna. With all those extras, it does need alot of upgraded equipment like cybex machines.�
