Extremely unprofessional. The owner made inappropriate comments and racist remarks about my family to another family during the appointment in Spanish (about whether we could afford a particular dress that our bride asked to try on), thinking we could not understand her. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

If I could leave multiple reviews I would ! My experience was 10/10. The team at LBR Miami location made me feel right at home , and honestly felt like friends at the end of my appointment. I felt so comfortable and confident, they never questioned my budget and to me that was the most important thing. For some women this is our first time ever buying or owning a designer / expensive piece and they never made me feel like I was obligated to choose that day. My experience at LBR was amazing. I have been to other shops and even though I found dresses I liked, the staff didn’t feel warm and fuzzy. Nora changed that for me. As soon as we arrived, Nora made us feel like family. She was so warm and kind, and that made me feel comfortable enough to be myself. I even said “yes” to the dress! They have such an amazing selection of dresses, and we ended up having the store to ourselves. Thank you Nora for such an incredible experience!
