They charge $40 for an application fee and in small print it clearly says you are giving them permission to run a credit check. After applying, they then expect you to pay another $32 for "screening" through TramsUnion. No. No no. That's not what the find print said. I will be filling with my bank against the original $40. False advertising and double dipping... Contacted several other potential homes, none of them tried to charge me multiple times just during the application process. Not One.
The property management team is very responsive and trustworthy. The owner, Trenton, always responds promptly and our home is perfect for our arrival. It gives me a peace of mind to know our home is so well taken care of while we are away. Highly recommend LBJ Property Management.
The owners are very responsive and helpful to their tenants. Their website and payment system are very user friendly and easy to use. Overall, this is a great property management company to rent from!
