Not a good experience for a high-end restaurant! I went here for Easter brunch with friends who were visiting from out of town. Not only was the food not very good & over-priced but my friend found a wire bristle from a scrub brush in her food! I would strongly suggest another restaurant! It was embarrassing to take my out of town guests there.
No question, one of the best meals I have ever had. And I come from a place that is known for their steaks (Chicago). Anyone coming to San Jose and looking for a great steak, this is the place!
But it feels like the Tomahawk steak sfter being sliced looks like half the steak.
Took almost two hours to get our food. Steak was way undercooked and over peppered. Would not return.
The food was amazing. Beautiful presentation. Excellent customer service with experienced , well trained staff. Could not have had a better evening. Exceeded our expectations. Not only do we highly recommend LB Steak but we'll be back again very soon. Thank you
Great service, garlic shrimp and clams were good
Upon being seated right away by Janelle (Hostess) we were treated to a breakdown of all that LB Steakhouse has I their Menu. Tracy who was our waitress did an amazing job of the breakdown. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and warm and inviting. I left happy.
