I do / did business with the LB Foster in Texas and multiple times that I've submitted an invoice ,it takes their Pennsylvania location over 30 days ...pushing 45 days and 6 phone calls to get these S O B s to get paid for work that has been done . THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS
