Fully deserving of 5 stars. We hired this company for a full roof replacement and a kitchen remodel, and the results were excellent. From day one, they were professional, punctual, and well organized. It’s clear they have experience and truly know what they’re doing. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, the team was always courteous, and they left the area clean once the job was completed. We are very satisfied with the final result and highly recommend them with confidence .
We hired LB Construction LLC in September to remodel our very outdated kitchen. The owner and now our new Contractor Mr. Luis Barrios was very honest, respectful and responsive throughout the entire process. Not only did he give us a good price he also made some smart suggestions. And even after adding some extras things that were necessary, the end price was extremely fair. I am a home owner in 23rd St, Union City. I had such a great experience with LB Construction! They remodeled my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was efficient, reliable, and very respectful throughout the whole process. What really stood out to me was how clean they left everything once the job was done—it truly felt like I was walking into a brand-new home. I highly recommend them if you're looking for quality work and peace of mind!
Writing this review after asking Luis and co. for 3 months to come by to finish the incomplete work. I was told “Luis is out of state”, “someone will be there tomorrow”, “so sorry there’s nothing I can do and I told Luis about this work”, all the excuses after I handed over the last payment thinking it’s only a small job and they will come back to finish it. In hindsight, you should absolutely DO NOT make the full payment until the complete work is done to your satisfaction per contract.
