One of the best neighborhood restaurants with American fusion cuisine. Many selections both on food and beverages. Salad menu is the best.
We reserved a table online and specifically selected the TV view option. However, when we arrived, we were told that all the TV-view tables were already taken and that they were assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If that’s the policy, why offer a TV-view table option in the reservation system? It’s misleading and creates false expectations. Its a horrible place and they dont honor reservations at all. We booked a table for FIFA Final Match Party Viewing and they told us they couldnt honour our reservation and would instead give us a table with no view. If we wanted that then we wouldnt have made a reservation in the first place. And they were taking reservations of other people whose booking time was after ours just because they cut in line and went to servers to seat them. Just like all the reviews mentioned this restaurant does not honor reservations.
They don’t respect reservations and gave a not so convincing reason why they cannot accommodate us - citing they are giving priority to people who made reservations a week ahead.
Did not honor our reservation for world cup match viewing. Beware, bad behavior, entitled staff, does not invite customers. WILL NEVER GO TO LAZYDOG
