I worked for this gentleman for over four years and I'll have you know you will be hard pressed to find a more honest and professional in any industry!
Stewart was over 10% off from his appraisal of my recent purchase. If you get him assigned, please try to find a new appraiser. I requested a reevaluation with empirical data on comps in my area and it was not accepted.
This appraisal ruin the value of my home by incorrectly comparing my house to market value homes sold within 9 months!!!. I'm trying to go to a refinance and this man ruin the whole process. Please avoid this appraiser at all costs.
Borrowers beware, this appraiser will ruin your deal. Adam will drag you out till the end and than say its your fault the he did not have it done on time. Will never use them again, this is the second deal that fell threw because of ignorance in the market. Again Borrowers beware, ask for someone else.
