This firm if you are that gracious are crooks on a whole new level. I'd love to get a class action suit against them by anyone that has been bullied or taken advantage of by them.
Thjese people took my home after I had lived there for 18 years!!!! and yes my mortgage was up to date. Finding attys to fight these bottom feeders have been tough. This practice is very unprofessional. No one returns your phone calls or even answer the phone! The secretary is rude and no help at all. I am trying to settle my account you would think they would want to hear what I have to say. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is requesting money and I am trying to payoff balance. They will not call me back. I sent a check to their PO box and the check has not been cashed in over 2 weeks. If they answer my phone call I need to know if they have received the check?
You want information on finances, that you are entitled to, you'll get a letter form these guys. They are denying request because they aren't sure I ask in "good faith!" Seriously? I live in the complex and my by-laws say I'm entitled to see them. Anything to make more money from homeowners.
