I had to drive around the block three times before I found the correct garage. Pretty annoying. And Google maps does not take you to the right place. Also annoying. Other than that, the garage was clean and well lit. So 4 out of 5 stars.
Address we booked doesn’t exist. There is a hotel and retail businesses at the listed address. The nearest parking garage attendant was extremely rude and told us we were at the wrong address. Drove around the DC area for almost an hour looking for this address. To say I’m pissed is an understatement
Bought a parking pass and garage was closed. Contacting customer service was not successful. Do not use ParkWhiz or this lot.
