Address we booked doesn’t exist. There is a hotel and retail businesses at the listed address. The nearest parking garage attendant was extremely rude and told us we were at the wrong address. Drove around the DC area for almost an hour looking for this address. To say I’m pissed is an understatement
Bought a parking pass and garage was closed. Contacting customer service was not successful. Do not use ParkWhiz or this lot.
I bought parking and the lot was closed. Still waiting on a refund
Be warned. Garage closes at 6pm and you cant get out. They need to post this in much larger print at the entrance along with the prices. Price was 24 for the day. Nice garage otherwise and easy to get into.
