my first and last experience on arrival your ask to wait for attendant then discuss the price before parking. Sir I can read price listed on the wall. After parking I need your car key . Why because I will have to move your car. Bro why do you need to move my car. Because the parking spaces are for monthly space holders only So I'm paying for you 2 move my vehicle I just parked no way bro. Sounds fishy.

I didn’t have my credit card with me and I called the help to ask what is my options to pay , she answered me aggressively and rude “find your way , this is stealing” OMG I I’m asking you what is options to pay. I’m sure it’s happened before Then I looked at ticket I found there’s way to pay by text , I paid gate OPENED and she keep yelling. No help Bad customer service rude Why you work at help customers why there’s button says HELP
