My friend and I got lost and ended up in this garage rather than the one we had a reserved spot in. The attendant was a condensing and sexist jerk who blamed us because he wasn’t doing his job well.
I parked in this garage yesterday to meet friends for lunch and had the BEST experience ever. I was nervous about driving and parking downtown DC from Virginia, but the attendant who assisted me was extremely helpful. Not only was he able to find my ticket, but he showed me where to park. I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, but he was there when I arrived at 12:30pm to park, and what an exceptional employee you have, LAZ!!! Thx!!!
