To explain in detail I reserved the parking with LAZ through spotHERO which was a 15min walk from my destination & the most reasonable in regards to price the next available/reasonable location was double the price & a 10min walk. On the night of my reservation there’s a Capitals game being played & the police had every accessible street to access the parking garage blocked off. Place is a maze to get out of once you park. No signs and make sure you don’t need your car before noon on Sunday because the place is closed! Again, no signs with hours.

Our SpotHero code did not work on entry because we were 6 minutes early for our booked time, but we just grabbed a ticket and upon exit there was a friendly worker there who cleared us through. Great location for the Shakespeare Harman Hall (elevator can access the theatre directly) and Capital One Arena. There are actually entrances to this garage on both E and F streets but we were told and entered from E. Garage is clean and reasonable sized spots. We dove in, we saw a sigh that said “ closes at 12am” we didn’t know that that ment. We went in anyways and we were vary soon met with vary short roofing which we had to backup and reroute many times. We got lost for about 10 minutes and decided to give up. We couldn’t find anywhere to park. We finally made it out CHARGED 28$ for 10 minutes of anger. Man had no care about it save you money.
