I was worried when I saw all of the bad reviews where people had their cars locked in, but I was at an event at the Air and Space Museum and I was waiting on an Uber because I thought the garage had closed at 10 as advertised. I decided to walk down and at least see if it was open and to my surprise, at 10:13PM, it was! This is the first time I’ve seen management bold enough to commit fraud. My wife started paying on a daily basis beginning in August (see attached) since she doesn’t go to the office as much anymore. I gave my cancellation notice 35 days in advance, turned off autopay (as a precaution since many said they were still charged), and of course invoices for August and September still showed up because they’re incompetent and can’t handle a simple cancellation. The man at the security desk wouldn’t accept my SpotHero app and pressured me to pay out of pocket because I took a ticket after my QR code wouldn’t scan when I entered. He was really rude and made me uncomfortable by standing over me and banging on my window while I was trying to locate that ticket with my child in the car. Eventually he let me out after I got a SpotHero representative on the phone, but he turned it into a power play by needing to hand write all the details of my app payment on a piece of paper.
