The old dude that works there barely speaks English. Walked up to me like he was going to snatch my keys from me after I asked him if I could keep my keys since he wouldn’t move the car. Super confrontational. If my partner wasn’t there I would’ve knocked him out on the floor. Pay the extra whatever and avoid at all costs.
This place is not what is says it is!!! Not 24 hours, not user friendly, literally watched me suffer when they knew they could help. I’m so sick of DC.
