They're trying to fix the place up with some cosmetic fixes like a basketball court and new chairs for the pool, but they can't fix broken stairs or light the walkways for months and months. Plus there are people playing basketball until 3 am and the management doesn't care. But if you're late or short on rent, they are right on you, that's all they care about. I'll think about adding more stars when the real problems get fixed by the new owners, but I wouldn't count on it.
Four family members have lived here. Each person had their renters rights violated. All of them needed immediate repairs to apt when they moved in and it took several months for the repairs to happen. The managers literally stalk the female residence, if there are no male occupants living with them. Please take caution before renting here.
