The lagoon kids here just don't care what time it is and don't really care how loud they are they have no respect for anybody
Ashley was great when I was looking at the apartments, gave me answers to my questions. To apply we had to place down 40$ each for application fee (understandable) and then a $249 holding fee that goes towards first months rent. I paid it was under my name. I asked Ashley “if we don’t get the appartment do I get the $249 back?” All she said was yes. Even if this was a misunderstanding what happened next should have been fixed on their part. I can't stand this place. It is so gross. People don't pick up after their dogs, there is literally furniture dumped on the basketball court and has been there about 3 days now. Bugs in the apts. Laundry room is NASTY. Smokers everywhere. Garbage, cigarette butts and beer cans are gross. I only moved here because I moved from another state but I didn't really want to. I have 6 months left on my lease and I am anxious to get out.
This place is horrible and disgusting!. We lived there for a year and got out quick. The apartments suck and are disgusting, management is horrible. Told them about issues we had and they ignored them. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors. This is all out a very horrible place to stay. Not even close to recommend.. It's full of drugs and management doesn't care.
2nd worst apartments I've ever lived in. Wasted 2 yrs of my life there.
