Receptionist kept asking if I could hold off like 10 times in a row, might as well not pickup if you are that busy? Once I got an appointment, I was asked to get a referral code from the insurance (Centivo). Insurance claimed they didn't provide such referral codes. Office was unwilling to try anything to resolve the situation.

Attempted to make and appointment and receptionist was very rude and made me feel like she just wanted to get me off the phone. I ended hanging up and not even scheduling there.
