Layne's has wonderful customer service. They are very helpful and make sure you are pleased with their work. We have bought pieces from them, let them repair items, and they have done design work for us.
Layne’s Diamond Jewelry ALWAYS gives incredible personal service. My wife and I have always been a fan of Layne’s, but today really showed their commitment. My wife needed a clasp replaced on a silver chain, 45 minutes later it was ready, the bill? $3.28!!!! Need I say more?

Went into Layne's to have my watchband adjusted. They were very friendly and took care of my watchband in a speedy and efficient manner,
I went to Layne’s to get my engagement ring custom made. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and Stephanie and Stewart helped me design exactly the ring I wanted! They do an amazing job of listening to what you want and do everything they can to ensure it’s perfect! I called and stopped by several times to ask questions and they were always willing to work with me and answer anything I asked.
