Dr. Amy Hong and her team were excellent. I took my father-in-law(Dei Kharel) in to have a tooth removed and for a cleaning and fillings. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and comforting. Dr. Hong was very professional, patient, and kind, and she explained everything clearly. The staff made us feel welcome and cared for, and they treated my father-in-law with great respect and gentleness. We truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Amy Hong and her wonderful team.
It was my first time visiting Layhill Dental and I had a great experience. Dr. Amy Hong is a great dentist - super kind, does thorough evaluation and cleaning. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hong—she was kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. She put me at ease by clearly explaining the entire process, and even played some tunes during the treatment, which helped me relax throughout. The staff was warm, friendly, and professional, making me feel completely comfortable the whole time.
This was my first visit to Layhill Dental, and I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist but I was pleasantly surprised. The office has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant and the dentist was friendly and respectful. The dentist was amazing! They explained everything clearly, did my deep cleaning, and went over the treatment plan and costs with no confusion. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. I definitely recommend this office and will be returning!
