We listed our house with Lawton and couldn’t have been more pleased!! He did some repairs and painting, had a cleaning crew clean the house and hauled off some items we were slow to throw out. He recommended a perfect selling price and we had an accepted offer in 9 hours!! He kept us informed throughout the closing process also. We would definitely call Lawton again for any real estate needs.
