I am in love with this neighborhood. Its a great place to live. Quiet most of the time. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Parking is the only issue I have with the place. Each tenant gets one assigned space... but if you have more than one car, you have to find a spot in the guest lot...and sometimes at midnight, theres no place for you to park. Overall, they are friendly. Maintenance is prompt. Manager is wonderful.
