This company is very irresponsible, they pick up trash at 4:30 a.m. at shopping strips next to residential neighborhoods, ignoring the Dade County Noise Ordinance between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.. We sent e-mails and they ignore the situation. We are going to have to request help from the Police Department. They are not environmental friendly.
The worst Customer Service, you call and they give you the round around, no managers available, excuses... You end up calling over and over and the issue is not resolved. Final Solution, the services with this company will be cancel. Not worth their service
I've been with this company for years and we never had any issue. Our pickups are always on time and the owner is very friendly.
Great service and great price. The staff are very friendly and help me if there is ever an issue.
I've dealt with big garbage companies for years and finally had enough. Luckily I found Lawson and I can actually get them on the phone and they've been very helpful to me.
