Unfriendly staff and very rude nurse We went here 1 time and that was all it took. Starting out the receptionist wasn't friendly at all, then the nurse was TERRIBLE! Very rude and my girls who are somewhat shy, were afraid of her. We left there and promptly changed our primary care physician!
So-So They are usually very nice.. My daughter got a few shots at her two month appointment and started to react to them. I called and talked to the nurse who informed me that the doctor would call me back within thirty minutes.. the next morning she finally did call me back! Thank god she was okay!! PROS: Very friendly and caring CONS: Such a big office.. they never call you back
Wonderful office! We selected Lville Peds before our daughter was born and we have been happy ever since. They always answer their phone with a real person. I can usually get in the same day for a sick visit. Dr. Lin always takes time to explain things to us and to answer all our questions. The office is very efficient and organized - our waiting time is never more than 20 minutes.
My son loves it here My son loves the NP he sees regularly and the doctors are great too. They listen to me and trust my gut feelings about my child's health and growth. My son stopped gaining weight at 4 months old. They worked with us to find the right combination of feeding, medication, and specialist care to help him become the thriving toddler he is today. RecommendedI am 34 years old and I have a been a patient of Dr. Baudean’s coming home from the hospital as I was born back in 1986. I have been blessed with two beautiful children now and she is also their pediatrician!!! Highly recommended!

Dr. Tim and Ellen have always taken great care of my children! I will be sad when they age out of this office. Dr. Tim was amazing when he realized that my daughter had a rare blood disease, and Tim amazing care of her until she went into remission. Ellen and Dr. Tim have fought valiantly with my insurance company to ensure that our benefits are honored! They are the best.
Dr. Tim and Ellen have always taken great care of my children! I will be sad when they age out of this office.
Both of my kids have been seeing Dr. Morgan and Rose since birth. My 4 year old says “I love Dr Morgan and Ms Rosie” (even after shots!) and is always so excited to see them. They are so easy to talk to and feel like family to us. They are the best!
