For someone to call and ask for ONE day to pay their bill and you say no. That is sad! When did everything become about money for our community? They have also cut ours off before when my husband was over seas. I come home from work and had no power with my children. Told them I would pay next day. Because I didn't get off work till 5 in Columbia. No compassion at all!!!!
Woke up with no power, no problem. The crews were already fixing the problem. When the power goes out I never have to call. They are already are at work. Thanks Lawrenceburg Utility.
