Moved here in 2016 and our water goes out constantly. When I call they say it is a rare occurrence. Really? Multiple times per month for over a year is rare? Of course they don't care, they have the ability to freely finish washing the shampoo out of their hair. I wish they would have to tolerate spotty payments the way we have to tolerate spotty, price gouged service!
