What kind of place cuts off people’s electric during a pandemic when it’s freezing outside and there are kids in the home? Then don’t turn it back on after the amount to pay for reconnection has not only been paid but exceeded! Really wish there were other options in this town for electric service.
Every time the power has gone out they waste no time getting it back on and their mobile app lets you know what's going on if it does go out. I've never had a problem with them.
Awful. A joke of a utility company. If this weren't such a small town, this entire facility would be fined out of existence and replaced by a new company.
How in the hell are you suppose to get ahold of anyone after hours? The automated system is a joke. Won't even recognize my account number unless I'm giving them money. No one is even available to answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message.

horrible people! so sad that people are loosing there jobs and we are in a state of crisis yet they still are shutting people off when other states are accommodating.
