Drove over one hour to obtain covid 19 test due to advertised results in 1 hour. It is now 1 week but NO RESULTS. Quality health care is NOT a priority. Have called multiple times but only able to speak to a call center - always promised a quick call back but none received. Noticed on their internet site that others have had this exact problem- DON’T GO!!!!!

Terrible experience! We needed a Covid-19 test. Their website explicitly states they do not take appointments and it’s first come, first serve. We drove from Louisville and arrived an hour before opening. At 10 mins until opening they answered the phone and said they couldn’t see us until 8.5 hours later! Because you HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! To make it worse manager was extremely rude and combative when explaining this new policy (started a few days ago) that was not posted anywhere. They only know one standard script for any illness you present. Anything that is not textbook, you are sent away. I left empty handed yesterday, after my third visit, and being treated like a hypochondriac. I went to Capital Family today with the same symptoms, and was given a high dose steroid and a strong cough syrup. I’m seriously considering not paying the last bill from Urgent Care. While I have been pleased by past visits, this last PA I had was less than impressive.
Recommendedwonderful service. everyone on staff was friendly and made my son feel at ease. we were in and out very quickly.
Can’t say enough good about the treatment my husband received at this facility by Danielle and Margaret! These ladies were so nice, caring, and thorough. We had tests run and even got a phone call within an hour with the results!! We were VERY impressed with these two ladies!! God Bless You Danielle and Margaret.

Love this place and the staff. They are friendly and make you feel at home and part of the family.
This was the first time we have ever been to an urgent care and it was a great experience. All the staff was very friendly and was wonderful to my daughter.
my daughter has had her elbow and chin glued and I've been in twice for strep. I'm always in and out and the staff go into depth on the care i need to do at home. Love this place and the people!
