When my husband cut his leg and had to have stitches, the staff were friendly and professional. There was not a long wait and they took care of him quickly. Plus their hours are great! There was no one else open on a Saturday afternoon and we did not want to go to the ER in Frankfort. We are glad they are here in Lawrenceburg!
I've been sitting outside the office for 30 minutes and they still haven't opened the doors. If the sign says 10am, someone should be here at 10am.
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and went there on Tuesday for dry cough, chest pain, and sore throat. The PA told me I was fine and sent me out the door. I knew something wasn't right. I got in with my PCP today (2 days later). Was told I had bronchitis... I absolutely will never recommend anyone to go here. I was seen by a medical professional who didnt know what he was doing and put me and my unborn child at risk for something I had.
Very polite and great treatment! I would go there again .
Best visit i have ever had at a doctors office. Friendly staff, awesome doctor, clean. So glad i tried it.
