Date of Sale: 21 Jan 2022 Issues not resolved: 3 March 2022. 1- I provided a "down-payment" to hold the vehicle. I got charged even though I purchased the vehicle and had to call multiple times and wait 5-10 business days to get it refunded. 2- My truck was dirty, the service light on front parking sensor was not operational (still not fixed) AND I even had to put air in my tires before I left the dealership. BUYERS BEWARE On oct 5th 2021 i talked to a sales manager, "Bill", and was informed that if i brought in a screen shot of what i found one of their vehicles for sale for on c*******.com they would honor the price. I asked Bill if there was any discrepancies about the truck i needed to know about before i made the drive from louisville. He said no, its a great truck cone on out. This place is as shady as they come. I came in to look at two cars. They refused to show me either car (one had been totaled by a driver but was still listed on their website). The manager, Brian, then shoved a car down my throat without asking what I even wanted. I will admit that I made a mistake and signed paperwork without actually seeing the car or any information about it other than mileage, year and make/model. I recently traded in my Jeep Wrangler unlimited on a newer used vehicle. This whole experience turned into a complete cluster. First the person who writes out the offer only offered me 12,500 I laughed and told the salesman to give me my key back. A gentleman who stated he was a co owner came rushing out and asked what they had offered, he agreed it was not acceptable and offered me 25,000 which is a fair trade in price for my vehicle. My husband bought me a used Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk on July 21, 2020. The experience has been very frustrating. We had a loan from our credit union, when we went to pay for and pick up the Jeep the other finance person had cashed our check that we wrote to hold the Jeep. It took a week to get our money back. When we test drove the Jeep I noticed that two plastic pieces needed replaced; I told the salesman about them. He said that he would get them ordered right away. This Dealership is not trustworthy at all. I found my daughter who is in the army in KY a car on their website that was priced very well. My daughter drove over an hour with a baby to go look at it and see about trading her car in. When they are going over the details the salesman quoted her the price that was online then they told her what they would give her for her current car which was only half of the payoff and they would add the rest on to the new car, which I said absolutely not.
