I Purchased vehicle in Sept 2023 from this dealership. Noticed after I drove it down the road and back that it had oil leaking from the bottom, leaving puddles on the blacktop. They "fixed" the issue and i was able to pick it up within 2 weeks time. Purchased vehicle in Sept 2023. I was told when I purchased it that I was financed I would receive my paperwork in the email. Fast forward 45 days to make a payment the finance company they stated I was financed through does not have my account. Come to find out they never had me financed. Called dealership and told them they messed up. They ran my credit so much that it became so low that it was almost non existant. Bought my 2014 jeep in Feb 2020. I've had nothing but problems out of this car Since we've had it. yes it had a lot of miles on it when I got it . I've spend more money on it then I have on payments. Now the PTU is out this is twice that I've have this happen. they will not trade my car because I still owe on it.
Dealership is absolute joke along with all of the people that work there. Customer service is non-existent. Complete lack of integrity from Nelson to the dishonest title department (Laura and Bailey). Sold a car without a title. Had financing in place and due to the dealerships inability to produce a title over 4 months, the lender backed out. The dealership continued to promise they had the title. Sales people make promises they don't keep. Very unprofessional, Lies after Lies. Numerous phone calls and nothing but lies.. will not do business with them again..
Bought truck on 2/2/2023, as of 3 months issued 2nd temporary tag, which is against the law, never received tag or title, never received 1 piece of paperwork I signed electronically, lie after lie after lie, contacted county attorney of Anderson Co. and numerous cases are against them, won’t take calls, and when they do get hung up on, truck was to be picked up from my residence and still remains at my house
I previously posted a negative review ,and would like to correct that. I met with Tony at the car lot today and they have provided a solution to the issue I had about my car. They will work with Kia to get my mechanical problems resolved and provided me with a dependable car in the meantime. I was satisfied with our agreement and hopeful of a positive outcome.
