I'll tell you what they done to me they sold me a car that had a lien on the title I found out about it when I couldn't get no tags and plate for it

My experience short version... I bought a truck 2 months ago and they have still not gotten me a license, registration or title. My temp tags expire tomorrow. The state dealer commission advised me to open a civil suit immediately and that there is an open file at the AGs office on this dealership. From making calls to sort my options I am hearing that this company is known to county and state Govt offices and it's not a good rep. I made a major mistake going to this absurd business.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a vehicle after being shown a clear carfax report with no accidents. I went to trade in the vehicle at a different dealership and they provided a very low offer due to an accident. They pulled the carfax and it now shows a severe accident 2 MONTHS BEFORE I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE. I contacted the general manager where I purchased the vehicle. This company has completely taken advantage of my husband and I. We bought a 2021 Jeep Compass from them. They sold us this vehicle for $24k only to find out it Kelly Blue Books for $10k. The entire experience has been bad, not to mention all of the repairs that have had to be made on it since we got it February 26. I do NOT recommend anyone taking their business or money to these crooks.

I purchased a vehicle on 3/23/24 they changed the price of the contract. They made out another contract forged my name to it when I brought it to their attention. I was told I either allow them to tear up the 2 contracts or give them the keys back and walk home. They wrote out a 3rd contract had me sign it I found out that on 4/30/24 that i wasn't even approved for that company and I also found out that they never paid off my trade in. I Purchased vehicle in Sept 2023 from this dealership. Noticed after I drove it down the road and back that it had oil leaking from the bottom, leaving puddles on the blacktop. They "fixed" the issue and i was able to pick it up within 2 weeks time. Purchased vehicle in Sept 2023. I was told when I purchased it that I was financed I would receive my paperwork in the email. Fast forward 45 days to make a payment the finance company they stated I was financed through does not have my account. Come to find out they never had me financed. Called dealership and told them they messed up. They ran my credit so much that it became so low that it was almost non existant.
