I was trying to inquire the best option for my husband because he is disabled and the receptionist Philomina is so rude as if I was bothering her for calling. I Can’t believe how many times I’ve had to call for these people to answer there phones. I get that you are busy, but I should have to be calling for a whole week before you answer. On that note when they actually answer, reception team is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! I’m switching and I promise you that
Very very bad customer service. I have been trying to get hold of the receptionists multiple times there is no answer. I even leave messages but no call back. I am a patient Dr. EID as well as my family members. But the reception is not good at all. Referrals that are made don't get followed up. There is always a long wait time for appointments Sorry for the bad review. Everytime I say I won't write but nothing is changing.
