I love how caring and professional they are. I moved to Lawrence from California and while waiting for an apartment boarded my cat, Gwen at LVH. They took excellent care of her. I was even sent pictures and updates via phone and email. I really appreciate the employees for taking such good care of my baby girl!
I would have rated it Excellent but my kitty always has a freakout at the vet. She just can't relax and it makes it very difficult for everyone, including the wonderful and caring people there. I always get good advice and focused attention for her. All in all a very very good experience each and every time.
I have taken my dogs to LVH for almost 20 years. Last week my older dog, Tanner, passed away very suddenly. I was so touched to receive a handwritten condolence card today from the staff at LVH, and a notice that they had donated in our name to the KSU pet memorial. Thank you for all you do!

Hands down, the best vet clinic! My grand-fur-child, Murray, was so sick with pancreatitis. Murray is my daughter's service dog, so when she had to leave him overnight, Sarah was crushed. The love and care given to Murray was heartwarming. Kudos to the team for allowing parents and grandparents to get a little overprotective, a little teary eyed, and emotional. Love Dr. Anna and Vet Tech, Callie! They took such good care of my sweet service dog Murray when he came down with pancreatitis and he is already on the mend! They go above and beyond and have great bedside manners, as well. I highly recommend Lawrence Veterinary Hospital to any and all pet parents!
