Went expecting a surgical outcome and Dr. Unger advised against it and explained why. Discussed and agreed on a treatment plan. He gives objective advice (even when it doesn't benefit him at all), listens and asks the right questions (from my experience working in the medical field myself). Just to have a surgeon that cares to hear you out and ask about your specific goals is amazing. Was caring and empathetic throughout the visit.
