I took my daughter to this doctor for visual snow syndrome. She cannot drive because she is having snow in her vision and after images. She went through a long series of eye tests by techs and a different optimologist at this appointment. They dilated her eyes and did nothing after the dilation, that's my first complaint. Dilated her eyes for nothing. My 2nd complaint is when Dr Tychsen came in he did nothing to look at my daughters eyes and turned and said, "do you have any questions"? Everything was explained well and all the staff was very nice and helpful!
Everyone there is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Professionalism was top notch. Only issue is that they are always extremely busy and if your appointment is in the afternoon then plan on a long wait but they never rush you through and once your time comes they treat you as if you’re the only person there. My son had started seeing Dr. Tychsen from 1995 - 2013 and I feel fortunate that he went into the field he did. Now I just hope he will be seeing my grandson
