Shady business practices! I rented an office unit and when I went to move out Mr. Freeman claimed I left a bad odor (no such thing) in his carpet as an excuse to keep my deposit. My neighbor in the same office building complained of the same unfair business practices. Stay away from this scammy place if you plan on renting an office unit. You most likely won’t get your deposit back if he can swindle you out of it.
