We are very fortunate to have so many talented medical specialists at LMH Health! Amy Arthington, APRN, is very knowledgeable in pulmonary health. I was impressed by her caring manner. I would recommend her for pulmonary care.
I wish I could give zero stars because of how I was treated today. Walked in for an appt at 10:40am and waited 30 minutes before I asked what was going on. I heard the receptionist say when can we reschedule her. I told them I have been here for my appointment on time and you want to reschedule me. The receptionist goew the doctor didn't tell us she was running behind. I said at the point this is ridiculous I have been sitting here for almost 45 minutes. tried to get my prescription refilled -- they were no help. Suggested I find another doctor (out of town)!
The Nursing staff was INCREDIBLE! So kind and caring. Explained each test with great detail. I was less than pleased with the Dr I saw (began with an A and was a male). Didn’t take any of my concerns seriously. Chuckled more than once. At the end of the very short visit weight shamed me and told me that’s why I was not feeling well even though my Primary thought otherwise.
