Brought my daughter to Pequot yesterday because she was non-stop coughing (and her pedi office is closed on Sundays), even after multiple uses of her inhaler (she's asthmatic). So, when i got there they put her in fast track, which was totally fine...I know my child, all she needed was a steroid and maybe a breathing treatment of Albuterol and another steroid. The staff was amazing. They were very supportive and made you feel comfortable.
Horrible!! Never again will I bring my child there!! He was having an allergic reaction and we were sent there from our doctor's office. We were there over an hour and never saw anyone who was clinical. After I called our on-call doctor back, the Benadryl was working and he told us to come in to see him in the morning and we left without being treated or even having anyone care!! Funny to think that I asked about the special pediatric center as my child is 8 yet we were never removed from the main waiting room. A complete jo... read more
