Dr. Ma is my mom’s PCP. My mom absolutely loved him. He is super patient and very kind, and has great sympathy. Always responded to our questions/request through the app very quickly. When my mom passed away this year and I informed Dr. Ma to thank him, he tried to call me, I failed to pick up multiple times, in stead of leaving a message , he kept calling until I finally picked up to express his condolences.
