I have seen Dr. Kass twice now after a friend recommended his work as she was very happy with her results. I went in for a minor procedure the first time. I had many questions and he still took the time to answer them to help ease my nerves and assure me everything was going to proceed smoothly. Everything went great and I have been exceedingly happy with my results as well! Since my first visit, I needed to come back for a biopsy. Dr Kass performed a hetter peel on me. He was kind, patient, and thorough before during and after my procedure. His office staff, especially Kate and Terra were accommodating and patient with my many calls and questions during the healing process. Dr Kass took years off of me. My face not only looks, but feels fresh and rejuvenated. I am elated with the results and highly recommend Dr. Kass and his super star staff to everyone! ???

Two years after my painful upper eye lift, I was still scarred and uneven. I had to have a corrective procedure. Kass should have retired a decade ago! The lidocaine he used DID NOT WORK and I was forced to endure his cuts with no medication. Worst decision I’ve ever made. Please go find another doctor.

I had a Hetter peel one year ago and was extremely unhappy with the results. After seeing a before and after (that he showed me ) of one of his patients, I was very impressed. I am in my 60s , the photo I saw was of a woman in her 80s. After $7000 I had horrible results. ZERO improvement. I didn’t go with my gut because he was cheap. I was basically misguided by going with a surgery that he continued while I screamed in pain. He blames this on vaping. I say he should have stopped.

I cannot say enough how perfection is so important to Dr Kass and his staff , I chose to have a Hetter peel, and a facelift last week I’m still recovering very well ! initially went to Dr. Kass when I was choosing a surgeon for some facial cosmetic procedures. He spent very much time with me, took many photos, and explained the procedures in detail. Significantly more than other doctors that I went to and considered. Once I chose him, he and his office provided instructions for the two weeks before the procedures along with products to use. I had upper eyelid surgery. Dr Kass is a fantastic surgeon and artist! He takes time to address my concern. My surgery went well and my eyelid looks so much better! Office is very nice. Staffs are caring. Highly recommended!!
