I received Botox on a regular basis in New York while residing there; however, I was having a hard time finding a doctor I liked here in Florida. I found Dr. Kass on realself and was pleased with his reviews. I made an appointment and have been a faithful patient ever since. I moved here 4 years ago, and every time I see Dr. Kass, I am pleased with my outcome. I receive Botox in my forehead, and he seems to have the magic touch!

I am amazed with the results of my face lift, neck lift, ptosis and 4 eyelid Blepharoplasty surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Kass to anyone. Dr. Kass is professional, experienced and an incredibly talented surgeon. I think he is the best eyelid surgeon in the Tampa Bay area. Now I have much more light in my eyes and hence a better vision. Instead of eye bags I have nicely shaped eyelids. My face looks very natural and at least 10 years younger. I love my neck and jaw! I wish I had done it sooner.

Short and sweet, I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Kass! I met with him a few months ago to discuss the possibility of a neck lift. I knew from the moment I walked into the office, this place/doctor was the one for me. From the staff, to Dr. Kass, before and after care, and my results, everything was exactly what I wanted if not more! Dr. Kass is the crème de la crème of neck lift surgeons! Ladies, you will NOT be disappointed!

I was referred to Dr. Kass by my optometrist. I found that with age, my eyelids were sagging and puffy, and I wasn’t happy with how I was looking. His office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kass is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He addressed my main concern first, which was my upper eyelids, and brought the bags under my eyes to my attention. My procedure was quick and nearly pain free. I decided to give myself a gift for my 35th birthday. Since I was a young adult, I had bags under my eyes, it seemed like after I turned 25, they worsened. Approximately a year ago I walked into Dr. Kass’ office, and little did I know it would change my life for the better. I had spent the previous week researching for the best facelift surgeon in my area, and I found many great reviews about Dr. Kass. BUTCHER/NOT DOCTOR- He left the Hosp. without ever telling me what he had done or that he had put stitches on my face. My wife was waiting in the out patient waiting room & he never spoke to her. 4 days after my stitches were removed on my face the 2inch incision split wide open. I returned to his office & was told he "was too busy" to see me. Standing there with a 2inch gash in my face I waited an hour. The office emptied I waited 20 more min. I was told he was on the phone. SCARRED FOR LIFE!!

Had an operation performed by the Dr. Approx. 5 years ago. He has left me with facial scars around my eyes, and given me what people call a hound dog effect, meaning my eyes where he stitched up operation, which was upper and lower Bleth. I was always complimented on my eyes, but age made the skin sag. I wish I never had the operation. He acts like he cares but once he gets his money, he doesn't. He will have you sign many documents to protect himself. He is a terrible surgeon, dont use him.

I have been seeing Dr. Kass for the last 5 years for Botox to my elevens and crows feet. He is always a blast to see and makes me feel right at home. His office staff is always smiling and laughing, a very welcoming feeling. Dr. Kass has given me the self esteem boost I needed. He comes highly recommended from me for all your Botox needs.
