Very impressed with provider. Friendly and helpful
I was very impressive with the excellent service with my doctor when I went for a routine check up. He did not seem rushed in any way and was very thorough. When I went back for results he explained everything very clearly. He followed up quickly on scheduling a mammogram and phoned me personally to discuss results.
I am 82 y o and feel Dr. Smith is one of the best physicians I have had during my life time. The staff and other health care professionals are courteous and professional.
Dr. Smith asked questions about what I was experiencing and did a thorough check to determine what eas wrong and how to treat the medical problem.
Dr. Smith was attentive and fixed my health history computer records for me. However, the reason for my visit was not resolved.
I am 82 years old. I feel as though I am getting excellent care with Dr. Smith, his health care team, Providence Family Health Care, and all other Providence Health & Services (Providence Hospital, AK Women's Cancer Center, etc.) that I have taken care of other health issues I have had..
