Every time I come to the department, I feel that I am valued and respected. It is such a welcoming environment. I have interacted only with pleasant and professional staff. Really makes a difference! As a young woman, I feel respected in that I am never made to feel shamed or embarrassed when accessing contraceptives or gynecological services.
