My son was so impressed with Dr. Jacobs on a previous appointment he became a patient of Dr. Jacobs.
We have had a long journey with many providers. Dr Jacobs spent time and effort to get up to speed on this complex case and mapped a long term plan to manage milestones to improvement, including factors that were not obvious at first or second glance.
Doc was fantastic. Knew what I needed, listened and was very helpful. It's a bit of a drive to Kent Island but if I need cardiology care in the future, that's where I'm going.

He read my chart BEFORE coming in to see me!! He LISTENED to me, and waited while I asked questions. He was courteous. I feel confident in his skill & intelligence about my issues.

Dr L. Jacobs is a Dr I have seen for many years.He is incredible.He in knowledgeable,kind,caring. He takes the time needed yet doesn't waste time. He is an amazing Dr & I feel lucky that he is part of my team. I definitely recommend him but don't want to because he is so busy & so wonderful everyone loves him but I would never not recommend him because he is such an incredible Doctor.He cares,he knows what he is doing,he's friendly & well he is the best.
