Dr. Jacobs was exceptional, not only in his medical expertise and knowledge but also in the way he interacted with ne He showed compassion and respect, answered my questions thoroughly, and empowered me to make my own care decisions. He also asked about not only medical conditions and symptoms but lifestyle factors and listened to me. He truly demonstrated a holistic understanding of me as a person and showed a degree of respect that I find to be rare among doctors.
