The doctor was and is ALWAYS caring and professional. He listens to what I share with him and is respectful in his comments. I appreciate having his medical care .
I had a quick, general question at the end of the appt about how my heart health may progress given my dad's heart health history and Dr Jacobs showed me in that moment what true health care is supposed to look like. There was no urgency or dismissive-ness in his response at all, more like getting helpful background and then good advice from a very wise friend.
I was pleased with our discussion. Did not feel rushed at all.
