I encourage people in the community to utilize the services and orthopedic Associate services in Middletown the staff and aid were all very nice
Everybody was very personable and friendly.
Dr Berson is wonderful. He has rebuilt my foot twice with two different complicated repairs. He listens and understands the problems and knows how to fix them. My foot is better than ever and I can walk miles a day.
Dr Berson is a good orthopedic surgeon. He takes time to explain procedure and responds in a timely manner when further examination is required.
The staff was courteous and compassionate. Dr Berson was professional and explained all of options. We agreed together that the shots would be our first step along with fitting a new boot and going for Physical therapy. The shot and boot seems to be working and pt will should help it even more.
Easy access to the building. Spacious entry with friendly people at the registration desk. Quick and easy registration. Took me into my appt almost on time. No 15 - 20 minutes waiting in the waiting room before they take you in and no 15 to 20 minutes waiting in the exam room before you see Dr. Berson. Dr. Berson looked at my xray, looked at my injury, asked how I did it, checked to make sure I didn't do any other injury, gave me instructions and took time to answer all questions I had.
I would never recommend Dr Berson. I had 2 surgeries by him and after the last one was performed, I was told nothing else could be done for me when there was swelling and pain even though an MRI was performed. There was actually a frayed tendon that needed to be repaired that he had missed in the previous surgery. Since i have needed 2 more surgeries on my ankle, with one of the best surgeons in the state. Needless to say, I will never return to Dr. Berson or suggest him to anyone. If I could give zero stars at a rating I to... read more
Dr Lawrence Berson is an excellent surgeon. He took care of me for 3 1/2 years. He dedicated to his patients, took good care of me with follow up appointments, Xray, exc. To help me deal with my nerve damage that I had many years from a surgery that went wrong long ago when I was younger. He corrected it for me, and I feel less pain and no pain at all from my nerve damage. He is highly recommended to my friends and family. He is excellent listener and compassionate for his patients like he was to me. He explains to me of my ... read more
Don’t let this Dr touch you or operate on you. He’s a horrible surgeon I had a 3 rd surgery done by him and he didn’t know what surgery he did on me and didn’t even know my name he also called me a baby. Went to another surgeon who found out that I had a malunion and nonunion in the same fracture and I had nerve entrapment and I had to have my ankle ligament and tendons reconstructed after he said I was fine. I would give him 0 stars if I could seems to only care about money for the practice doesn’t care about his patients. ... read more
